Goldfish white spots on the eye

My Oranda goldfish has these white spots in the eye, it is just in this one eye, no other white spots visible. We eats very well, and behaves normally, there have been no other changes than the white spots. What it is and how I could treat it I am afraid he will become blind on that eye due to the spots.
